⚠️ Please read carefully. By placing an order on Matrixland.net, you agree to this Refund Policy. All sales are generally final once an order begins processing.

✅ 1. When Refunds Are Eligible

You may be eligible for a refund or balance credit in the following situations:

  • Your order was never started due to a technical error on our end.
  • Your order was marked as completed but the service was not delivered.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • A service you ordered is no longer available and a substitute was not provided.

❌ 2. When Refunds Are NOT Eligible

🚫 Once an order is in progress or completed, refunds are generally not available.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders that have already started or are in progress.
  • Drop in followers/likes/views after delivery (use Auto Refill instead).
  • Wrong target URL provided by the user.
  • Account bans or restrictions imposed by the social media platform.
  • Change of mind after ordering.
  • Orders using incorrect service parameters set by the user.
  • Promotional/bonus balance received as gifts or via promo codes.

⏳ 4. Partial Refunds

For orders that are partially completed (e.g., you ordered 10,000 followers and 6,000 were delivered before the order stalled), you may be eligible for a partial balance credit for the undelivered portion. This is assessed case-by-case by our support team.

💳 5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are credited to your Matrixland.net account balance, not returned to the original payment method. This balance can be used for future orders. We do not issue cash refunds to external payment accounts unless required by law.

🕒 6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
  • Once approved, balance is credited to your account immediately.
  • You will be notified by email once your request is processed.

  • Your username or registered email address.

🔄 8. Auto Refill Policy

Instead of a refund for dropped orders, we recommend enabling Auto Refill on eligible services. This automatically tops up your order if numbers drop, at no additional cost.
