You may be eligible for a refund or balance credit in the following situations:
Refunds will not be issued for:

For orders that are partially completed (e.g., you ordered 10,000 followers and 6,000 were delivered before the order stalled), you may be eligible for a partial balance credit for the undelivered portion. This is assessed case-by-case by our support team.
Approved refunds are credited to your Matrixland.net account balance, not returned to the original payment method. This balance can be used for future orders. We do not issue cash refunds to external payment accounts unless required by law.
