1. Eligible Refunds
- Order was never started and you cancelled within 24 hours.
- Service was delivered with significantly fewer units than ordered (partial delivery).
- Technical error caused a duplicate charge.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders that have been fully delivered as described.
- Drop in followers/likes after delivery (normal platform behavior).
- Orders where the link was incorrect or the profile was private.
- Change of mind after an order has started.
- Funds already spent from your account balance on completed orders.
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via our Contact page within 72 hours of the issue.
- Include your order ID and a description of the issue.
- Approved refunds are credited back to your account balance within 24–48 hours.
- We do not process refunds back to payment methods — credits are issued to your panel balance.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension. We take fraud prevention seriously and will provide evidence of service delivery to payment processors.
